• Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after shipping.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To start a return, contact us at service@ousshoop.com with your order number.
• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
