Order & Payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection of earrings and rings, add your favorite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information, select a payment method, and confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly (within 1–3 business days) to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at service@ousshoop.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and Shopify Payments. We also support secure payment methods like PayPal for your convenience. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment details.
Why was my order declined?
Order declines may occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details (e.g., expired card, wrong CVV), or fraud prevention measures. Please double-check your payment information and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider for assistance, or reach out to us at service@ousshoop.com.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping time?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after your order is shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our store homepage.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses, third-party carriers, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters). Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at service@ousshoop.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking your package.
Products & Sizing
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
Our earrings and rings are crafted with high-quality materials, including stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-plated metal, and cubic zirconia. Each product description includes detailed information about the materials used, so be sure to check the product page for specifics.
Do you offer ring sizing?
Yes! Our rings are available in standard U.S. sizes. Please refer to our ring size guide (linked on each ring product page) to find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure about your size, contact us at service@ousshoop.com for assistance.
Can I return or exchange earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your earrings are damaged or defective, contact us at service@ousshoop.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Most items (excluding earrings) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at service@ousshoop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return approval and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3–5 business days).
Account & Other Inquiries
How do I create an account?
Click the “Account” icon in the top right corner of our store, then select “Create Account.” Enter your name, email address, and a password, and click “Create Account.” You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
I forgot my account password. What do I do?
Click the “Account” icon, select “Forgot Password,” and enter the email address associated with your account. We’ll send you a password reset link, which you can use to create a new password.
Do you offer custom jewelry orders?
We currently do not offer custom jewelry orders, but we’re always adding new designs to our collection! If you have a specific style in mind, feel free to email us at service@ousshoop.com with your suggestions—we love hearing from our customers.
